The Westminster High School Bands & Orchestra

The Westminster High School Bands & Orchestra, located in Westminster, Carroll County, Maryland is under the direction of Mr. Brian Drake and Mrs. Jen Bodrie-Jones.

The music program at Westminster High School is composed of eight different ensembles: marching band, concert band, symphonic band, jazz band, orchestra, wind ensemble, indoor colorguard and indoor percussion.

The Westminster concert bands and orchestra have received Superior ratings at the District Band and Orchestra Festival for over the past fifteen years. The music program has been consistently named a Grammy Signature School National Semi-finalist. The marching band competes in the USSBA and BOA competition circuits and the indoor colorguard competes in the KIDA and WGI competition circuits.
